What is Designer on Retainer? 
It's for clients who just need a little Design Guidance 
It's for realtors who need advice on why a property is not selling 

Design Consultation: 

1. Going to clients home coming up with a plan that includes notes of what we talked about $250.00
2. Going to clients home coming up with a plan that includes notes of what we talked about and plan of where to put furniture and dimensions  $550.00
3. Clients send photos home, coming up with a plan that includes notes. $150.00

Membership: 

1. Unlimited texting, phone calls and emails - You send designer photos of furniture and ideas and designer  will advise you if it will work or not $250.00 per month 
2. Unlimited - Designer sending links of what to purchase online, plus unlimited texting, phone calls and emails  $750.00 per month
3. Pay as you go- $20.00- per text, email and phone call $50.00 an hour for designer to send links of what to purchase online

* Membership also includes -( if living in the Coachella Valley) 
A list of designers favorite stores 
A list of designers  favorite sub contractors 

Follow up: 
When the client's home is just about complete - but needs a little more advice $75.00 an hour for the designer  to go back to the house.
